DMI is now a distributor for HC300 pallet material.  This New material offers excellent machining using less tools than other composite products.  The HC300 is softer than other materials and it is less abrasive against milling tools.  The HC300 offers excellent flatness control (+/- 0.003 inches) and comes in six thicknesses.  The sheet sizes are large (48x96 inches) allowing for the least amount of scrap.  The other quality is chemical resistance to both Halide and non-Halide fluxes.  HC300 material shows minimal break down in side by side testing with other composite products.

The best reason to consider HC300 is the cost per square foot.  Our pallets are now substantially lower cost to our customers using this new material.  It has been in use at high volume assembly houses for over 15 months.  Over 150 different customers have this material in use now.   There are over 5000 pallets in use today without any material issues.  Not a single problem with break-down, or warpage from a single customer.  Please call Sherry and ask for a quote with HC300 and another material for comparison. 

HC300 is guaranteed for satisfaction not to break down or warp with nominal use.   The guarantee is for 90 days of use.  Machining tolerances of 0.025 inch walls are recommended with this material.  Test on wall thicknesses have been run down to 0.010 inches but this is not recommended for wave solder use.

High quality stainless steel is used for both the frame and woven mesh, and each basket is constructed with piano hinges for long life and durable service. Available shelf stock sizes are standard 12"x12"x2.5", 14"x14"x2.5", 16"x20"x2.5", and, 17.5"x17.5"x2.5". These Wash Baskets are available for low-cost, fast delivery.
