Please include the following in your Gerber data package:
Dimensioned Fabrication Drawing
Assembly Drawing
Top and Bottom Silkscreens
Bottom Soldermask
Bottom Solderpaste
Aperture List (If RS274-X Gerber data is submitted, this file is not necessary since the aperture list in this type of Gerber data is embedded)

Image files (such as JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PDX etc.) are useful for viewing PCBs, but not for programming
DMI will accept a physical PCB for designing a pallet. In this instance, a solder test board (with a component list for the heights of each component) can be sent to DMI for pallet design. However, the plated through holes which are to be exposed to the wave needs to be marked. This method will take additional time and will incure a small set up charge.

| Q. How should I send my data files? |
| A. Just zip your data together, using PKZip, WinZip, or any other ".zip" format compressor. Zipped files maintain their integrity over the Internet and take less time to upload/download.
Once zipped, e-mail the file to: data@dmipallet.com. Be sure to include any pertinent information in the body of the e-mail as well. You should receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that your files have been received intact. From this point, drawings and e-mail messages are forwarded to the Sales Department for quotation. Further communications will need to be addressed to sales@dmipallet.com. |
