REWORK BGA BOARDS - A custom pallet for a specific board with top side support to keep the board from warping during the extraction/attachment operation. This is needed for large BGA components where a air nozzle fits around the BGA focusing the heat to a small area on the board. Warping the board may cause bad solder joints on the re-attachment process. This fixture helps support the board from warping even with extream heat.
REFLOW FRIENDLY MINI "C" CLAMP - Made from G-10/FR4 material, these were originally designed to clamp connectors to PCB's during reflow to prevent separation.
- They utilize a pivoting foot on the adjustment screw to avoid damaging components
TABLE TOP WORKSTATION - Adjustable to accommodate PCBs of varying size for ease of board assembly and hand soldering - single boards or an array (additional Center Slide Bars can be purchased separately).
- The Table Top Workstation will also hold a Small Adjustable Pallet, making the board assembly / wave solder transition process smoother.
